Every outlaw starts as a Recruit. Mission price does not purchase rarity. Anyone can resolve a ready mission. Evolution burns 100k / 200k / 300k / 500k / 800k $LOOT and permanently unlocks rarity, artwork traits, up to +50% mission rewards, boss access, and voting power.
